Important Notes:
- Please do not sign any documents until we meet. Signatures must be witnessed, and valid government-issued photo IDs must be verified first.
- Incomplete documents/forms cannot be notarized. If your document has a number of blanks that need to be filled in with information, this must be done prior to sending us the document.
- Please bring two original physical pieces of ID with you (not photocopies or pictures of your ID). At least one of the pieces of ID must be a valid government-issued photo ID which includes your signature. The name on your IDs must exactly match your name on the document(s).
- Documents will be signed by an Ontario-licensed Notary Public & Commissioner of Oaths.
